Logical Booking Steps for students to choose what they need to learn, who they want to learn, and what time they can learn.

Step 1: Choose a Subject

Step 2: Choose Tutor

Details of each tutor for students to view including name, tutor introduction, available hours, reviews from other students

Step 3: Select Course corresponding with that tutor, and subject

Step 4: Schedule the course based on the available time of tutor. Each 30-min block color has its own meaning for students to easily book.

Step 5: Student will input his/her own personal details and preferred payment method between PayPal and Credit Card via Stripe. It also has the booking summary to show what that student has booked including tutor name, course, date & time, price, tax, and total.

Step 6: Once the student pays successfully, the confirmation page will be shown along with tutor information.

Once the students finished their lesson, they can review teacher. Teacher can also give report to student.

Besides, all admin, student, and tutor related will receive the email with all of the relevant information to prepare for that schedule.

Fully functioned admin menu is for business owners to control his/her own tutoring business.

Dashboard?is to streamline the current business including revenue snapshot, revenue over time, booking insight, and recent bookings.

Tutors?is to manage all tutor including basic information, intro, subject, course, reviews, and reports.

Besides, there is also a function to manage tutor working time via availability menu function.

Subjects is to manage subject which shows the course view, and student enrollment. Within each subject management, it shows the details for the course list, and enrollment list.

Bookings is to show all bookings and count the number of each status including confirmed, in progress, finished, and cancelled. Bookings will automatically be set to ¡°In Progress¡± and ¡°Finished¡± based on the booking time. Only when it¡¯s finished, the tutor can give report to students, and student can review teachers.
